What inspires Me!
Here are two examples of companies using the holidays in their logo design. This creative idea helps promote the company by telling the viewer that they are thinking about them as they move through the holiday season.

Why is this house upside down? You wouldn't know by looking at this page, but this is an advertisement for windows. Yes, windows! The ad is set up so that the reader has to read the ad to find out what is being advertised. There is a small logo at the bottom and that's all. The engagement with the reader is wonderful. This ad is funny and thoughtful. No For those of us who love coffee, and need our coffee fix every morning. This is a great way of dispensing cream and sugar with our morning Joe. No more awkward moments where the creamers fall out of your hand while your trying to open the door. No more wasting a small bag for two creamers and a sugar packet. This idea is actually more environment friendly. I like this a lot! How clever is this marketing strategy? I would say very clever. By using the yellow painted curb as part of the advertising, the company takes office products to a whole new level. You have a much bigger audience, one that will remember your product. This advertising is what we all wish we had thought of first.
This ad for Under Armour is an effective ad, due to the way that it employs emotion. The amazing talent of Misty Copeland is only part of their message. You also hear the narration of a rejection letter received by the dancer, stating that she is not suited for dancing. In the end she is victorious!
This was a very clever take on an iconic image. Ronald McDonald's shoes. When I see these red and yellow shoes I think of McDonald's. But this is an advertising for a restaurant called Food Express. The twist of the use of the shoes with smoke coming out of the tops and the statement "The Hottest Fastfood in Town", draws your attention to this advertisement. I found the choice of colors against the black background added to it's overall appeal. I would love to stop by and taste the food. I'm intrigued! |
